BURLINGAME, Calif., July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IA Global Inc. (Amex: IAO - News) announced the results of its second quarter ended June 30, 2004. Revenues increased to $9,382,000 from $99,000 in the second quarter of 2003. Gross profit increased to $1,466,000, or 15.6% of sales, from a gross profit loss of $92,000 for the same period in 2003. The net loss decreased to $295,000 from $804,000 in the second quarter of 2003. The net loss per share was $.00 for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 as compared to a net loss of $.03 per share for the second quarter of 2003.
