Emile, just a note to say hello. I know you may feel like the proverbial train ran over you because of the discussions here on the thread. However, I want to make a statement that just because I don't agree with all you say doesn't mean I don't love you, I do. Yes. I do agree with you that the true Jew is the Christian and the true Israel of God is the Christian Church(born again people). Speaking softly and directly, I think you kind of over did it. You know how people are, the same thing over and over gets old after awhile. You should not be discouraged about posting the truth of Jesus and showing your willingness to help people even if they don't understand. Change subject.
Hope your wife and family are doing well. Although I don't know her, tell I said hello, just because I felt like it.
One more thing. What do you think of this idea, just an idea, not a firm belief? Since Jesus was in the ground three days, in other words He was gone from His people, and a day is like a thousand years with the Lord, what do think about Him being gone from His people for 3000 years before He returns? Long sentence isn't it? That would mean another 1000 years before He comes. At the rate things are deteriorating now, this place would really be in a mess by then wouldn't it?
Thanks again for your prayers. Please continue to do so.
Mat 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
(2 Pet 3:8 NASB) "But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."
(2 Pet 3:9 NASB) "The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance." (2 Pet 3:10 NASB) "But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up."
(Eph 4:32 NIV) "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." (Eph 5:1 NIV) "Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children" (Eph 5:2 NIV) "and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God."
A Baptist in Christ; I said it that way cause I know your not a Baptist(ggggggggg).
Love,
