thanks, it was worth it, so enjoy the beer. I am setting up a long term portfolio for my son, and I, too, own TPZ. Think that might be a better fit, but still considering BIP, maybe because it's diversity is sort of interesting while providing a decent income stream and some longer term appreciation potential for someone who has 30 years.
