cheryl: great post. Your exactly right, I imagine they are losing a lot of great minds up in Redmond due to the "Chicken with its head cut off syndrome." Their lack of innovation will definitely be their downfall. Recently, headline at www.techweb.com indicates that MSFT clustering, termed Wolfpack, doesn't work. It was supposed to be available the 1st quarter this year, pushed back to 2nd quarter, now pushed back to 4th quarter. Two resellers have developed their own solution in reaction to their view that Wolfpack is woefully inadequate. This points out another area where MSFT is vulnerable and that is product quality.
