Millionaire.Com Makes Announcement
BLUFFTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1998--Millionaire.Com, a Nevada corporation, approved for trading on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board, (trading symbol "MLRE"), Tuesday announced that it is completing up to a $4.5 million funding.
The company announced that in order to accomplish its business plan and to pursue the acquisitions which were available to it, the company needed additional funding.

On or about Dec. 16-17, 1998, when the company's stock opened for trading, the company received a commitment from certain funding sources to provide the company up to $4.5 million dollars in funding prior to Dec. 31, 1998, through the purchase of restricted shares of the company's common stock at $2.50 per share.

This stock must be held for at least one year and has no registration rights. This price was a substantial appreciation over the company's offering price of a $1.00 per share, which is the price at which the company sold 1 million shares of stock at closing on Dec. 15, 1998.

The company accepted this commitment because of its need for capital and the speed with which this capital was being provided. The company believes that it will have received a majority of this funding by Dec. 31st, which will substantially enhance the company's ability to move forward with its business plan.
