For those interested in FTTH (Fiber to the Home), you might wish to check out Clearworks.net (CLWK). They are an OTCBB stock in the process of applying for Nasdaq Small Cap. listing. They "pre-wire" fiber cable into master planned communities and factor the cost into prices of the new homes (it adds approx. 1% to the cost of a new home). Their discounted bundled services (incl. internet, phone, cable, etc.) then become an "annuity", in essence, for Clearworks. Presently, they are in 5 of the top 10 new home markets - undiscovered with lots of room to grow. They've signed 370 million in new contracts (three separate developments) within the last several weeks. Check it out.
