My records on SEXI do not represent the state of the art in filing so I'll respond from memory. ADGI got more than 1million shares of Systems of Excellence from Huttoe. This was supposedto be for services they rendered to SEXI.(???) Thornwaite who is eveidnetly involved in many many penny stock companies plays a part in ADGI also. With all that free stock why would Hinton buy in the open market. Maybe the losses he told you about were due to fact he did not sell the Huttoe stock soon enogh?????
