If you compare the price and performance of LTUS with many other restaurant/fast food stocks, LTUS comes out looking like a much better value in terms of sales growth, price-earnings ratio, book value related to market value, PSR, etc. The company also has a nice business plan calling for groups of stores in a given region, with one major store providing fresh pasta and baked goods to the others, and all stores profiting from regional advertising. The CEO, unlike many others in start-up companies, appears to know what he's doing.
