You are basically right but bidn will initially not be charging any fees. This is to promote as much business as possible. Later when they add special collector and more expensive and rare items, and the TV link I'm sure they will be charging a fee. Lots of potential fore this one. Like my friend Chris Cooper said this one will either go yard or strike out looking. Lets hope they have Mark McGwire in the batters box.
