I'll butt in here... If an effect is not measurably and detectably different by any devisable means, then it is identical. Otherwise the word identical has no meaning. So if A does all the same acts as B and makes the same decisions based upon the same facts, then A = B. This is very basic. Since belief is an internal process, none of us can ever know what any other believes the distinction is both unmeasurable and undetectable by any devisable means and the rule applies. And this doesn't undermine my "religion" and would be open to discussion if evidence for embracing another position presents itself.
