Hi Taro, that's exactly what Nortel said when they purchased Bay Networks and then started giving away the technology for free in the hopes of diluting Cisco's products value. If anyone on this thread remembers, many people used to think Bay Networks' products were superior to Cisco's in performance and reliability, yet Bay disappeared into Nortel's maw and never recovered the free giveaway binge. Cisco isn't so easy to "knock off" as everyone would like to think.
