Thank you for that MUCH NEEDED post... I cant reveal the exact mechanics of how we are going to do it but the way we are going to roll these companies out will give the private company a NO COST IPO as long as they meet our criteria... and it also allows us to make an immediate profit using this business model. At the moment we have companies watching the Phipps deal, if it goes smoothly, they MAY sign on as well. Phipps is the test run, everything else that follows will have a workable, comprehensive short term system in place for the potential customers / companies. KAA
