In response to suicide bombings, announce and build large numbers of additional settlement housing and destroy large numbers of Palestinian housing. For each murder, make it obvious that a Palestinian future in the West Bank and Gaza grows dimmer, until there is no future. In response to the suicide bombing by a group in Jerusalem, the Israeli government should start large scale eminent domain proceedings in Arab East Jerusalem and take over housing based on a presumption that it is required for security.
