I just wanted to say thanks for participating in this thread. I have experimented with different online brokerages over the past 6 months and have ended up with Datek. The communication that your group does here goes a long way toward showing concern for customer satisfaction. Even though Datek has had its hiccups, as long as you continue this two way communication I feel it will payoff with long term dedicated customers. You are outdoing your competition in this regard.
