JC You are right about the working mechanics of these warrants, that is how they will work, and yes the more I think about this the more I think you guys are right about having the active. Heres a problem with having them public... an except of a cross post "yes the warrants will remain Private, they have such a short life, by the time we did the filings and all, it probably wouldnt justify the agreevation. Yes I am thinking the only sensible thing is to let these warrants be excersised between when they are distributed and June 1, 1999. I dont know when they will be distributed the TA and Printers have them now along with the P's, so I would expect it to be very much longer."
