But you have to keep in mind that TD Greenline is the largest discount brokerage in Canada and one of the largest in the US with
their Acquisition of WaterHouse and Jack ???.

Greenline maybe slow due to the volume of trades they do whereas
E*Trade maynot have as much volume. If E*Trade does grow their
excecution time may suffer too. I notice the MicroMax will slow down
when significant news comes across CNBC. Usually they can not staff
the trading floor 100% all the time but pull people in from other areas during peak trading times which may take some time.

Possibly the only way for better service at TD is to qualify for one of their High End accounts, Platinum being the best with free Online time with Micromax. I think you also get a personal trader who you talk to all the time like a Ful Service Broker.
