CVI Resources Begins Gold Mine Production

TULSA, Okla., & MOAB, Utah, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Vision, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CVIA) announced today that CVI Resources, Inc.; a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporate Vision, began gold mining operations at the Vision 1 Mine on the morning of May 3, 2000. The Vision 1 Site consists of a full square mile operational area located in the high desert region of southern Utah. Three recently completed studies and assays, have shown results ranging from .30 to .85 ounces of micro fine gold ore concentrates per ton of material mined.

Corporate Vision President and CEO, Keith A. Anderson, issued the following statement. "This is the culmination of nearly a year of work and research, that has tested the constitution of CVIA investors as well as management. We have overcome the technical complexities and completed the additional research to bring the Vision 1 Mine and its prototype mining system online." Anderson added, "We are extremely pleased to be able to announce to our investors, the Vision One mine began production on the morning of May 3, 2000."

Mr. Anderson went on to say, "As exciting as the Vision 1 production start up is, I feel the real news is the potential mining technology break though we are implementing in the processing plant. We are confident that this recovery system can profitably process and recover minerals, historically considered waste or unrecoverable micro fine minerals."

Continuing, Anderson stated, "I personally feel that the most appealing part of this process, is that this technology can be profitably operated with no or minimal hazardous chemicals being used in the recovery process. In some test runs that we have conducted, the refined waste material was returned to the environment less contaminated than native soil, before processing. We feel that the system in place at the Vision 1 Mine will not only provide the ability to profitably recover gold ore, but will, through expanded experimentation of this new separation process, allow us to profitably recover other forms of rare earth and metals found on the Vision 1 Site."
