No we didn't.. No, we just all speculated. I thought it would be some mix of old and new shares. I agree it's a good sign. It doesn't look like the IPO is designed just to get private investors rich. The remaining 13 million plus shares are all restricted securities. We'll have to watch carefully for S-8s after the IPO. The lockup period is 180 days, so we don't have to start scrutinizing Edgar right away. DocStone
