According to Engineering News Record's top 225 global contractors, Haliburton is 13th. There are three American companies above them, and several qualified American companies in the top 225. You pick one: enr.com This list is based on dollar volume of work. It is not necessarily a reflection of qualification for doing the work. Here's the top 400 American contractors as listed by ENR: enr.com Haliburton is not even listed here. But hey...if your VP has a little company...might as well dish out the gravy...right? Orca
