Bob, for a few months in 1995 I worked in the Information Bureau at the U.S. Information Agency in Washington, which was "reinvented" along team lines just a year before. I worked on the team which supported the whole team concept throughout the Bureau. I'd be happy to share my thoughts and experiences with anyone who is interested. There are pluses and minuses to teams which should be spelled out up front to anyone who wants to work in that framework. Roger, still trying to verify with the powers that be in Washington that I can get involved in this. I'll let you know when there is news. In the meantime, Bob T. has the resume info which I sent you originally.
