Daniel, Thanks for the info on Ampex Lawsuits.... I did some extensice search on the net but couldn't find any info that contributed to the risen volume. Make me wonder if the insiders had some lead to the rumor of taking over by Seagate or Quantum. If that is the case, then we will have a wild ride to the high 20. Good Luck, Michelle
