Stan,
In the atmosphere of being nice and only kidding around I did not want to do to you and your misleading argument, that which you have done yourself. Thus I could have Quoted from the SEC filings:
>>>>>While none of the Company's existing agreements or development >>>>>opportunities, that relate to d.b.Express, provide sales commitments,
>>>>>management believes that the successful exploitation >>>>>of its d.b.Express technology, as well as the continued growth of Softworks, will >>>>>eventually enable the Company to achieve positive cash flows from operations.
THUS SHOWING THAT NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE NO REVENUES FROM dbExpress but also how they have been giving the same tired excuses and unkept promises since 1989.
I didn't want to be THAT CRUEL.
Likewise, Stan, being the nice person that I am I didn't want to quote:
>>>>>Unless the Company determines to discontinue its pursuit of d.b.Express >>>>>revenues (which requires significant financial resources), the Company will need >>>>>to generate positive cash flows from operations from the sale of d.b.Express >>>>>product in order to decrease its dependency on cash flows from financing >>>>>activities and remain a going concern.
Because that might overly excite people and cause a sell of in the market due to the fact that that statement has appeared in EVERY FILING SINCE THE LAST 10-K when Grant THORNTON their independent auditor made them include the caveat that there is a real question about their ability to remain a going concern.---that's accountant speak for --technically their bankrupt--I think.
And then Stan I sure didn't want to say something that would bring either the company credibility or yours into question by this quote from all of those PRs:
>>>>>Computer Concepts' d.b.Express Internet Server (TM) has recently been >>>>>integrated with British Telecom's Syncordia Services C-View >>>>>application which allows BT's customers to access and analyze the high volumes >>>>>of technical and account information available within BT's >>>>>databases without having to download the data to their own computers. Because they started saying that in ****MARCH 1997****. But you didn't point out that their last 10-Q which said:
>>>>>none of the Company's existing agreements or development >>>>>opportunities, that relate to d.b.Express, provide sales ommitments *********************IS DATED 08/20/1997******
You know Stan that brings to mind a city in Georgia, I know pretty well. All their PRs say they are integrated, but that don't mean they like it, and they sure didn't buy into the idea in the first place. |
