PICK Sat And C-3D Digital to Demonstrate IP Broadband Delivery of 3-D Video
PICK Sat's IP Multicast Satellite Capability to Enable Delivery Of C-3D's Three-Dimensional Video to Broadband Networks CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999-- PICK Sat Inc., a subsidiary of PICK Communications Corp. (OTCBB: PICK - news), will demonstrate a satellite-delivered multicast IP broadband version of C-3D Digital's (AMEX.DDD) three-dimensional video in the C-3D booth at the Cable '99 Convention and International Exposition in Chicago.

C-3D Digital has developed stereographic 3D, and 2D-to-3D real-time conversion and display capabilities. Subscribers to C-3D's programming service will experience extreme 3D sports, movies, events and pop-out animation in their own homes.
PICK Sat converts C-3D Digital's video stream into a high bandwidth, satellite-delivered IP broadband stream, which is enabled into broadband terrestrial networks that wish to offer the C-3D broadband service to their end-user subscribers.
PICK Sat's platform leverages the company's relationships with Microsoft and Harmonic Data Systems. Microsoft's Windows Media Server technologies are integrated into PICK Sat's Network Operating Center (NOC) in Miami and used to convert the video programming into an Internet Protocol video stream, viewable via the end-user's PC using the Internet Explorer 5.0 browser and Windows Media Player. Harmonic Data Systems enables the satellite delivery of the Internet Protocol video stream into terrestrial broadband service providers.
