It appears to me that this business about a letter is either false and we are victims of a hoax or it is true and someone has perhaps violated (intentionally or unintentionally) Ms. McFarlane's confidentiality. I will not further speculate as to which scenario is more probable. PS. Merry Christmas to all and happy holidays!
