I was under the impression Hart Properties only had 42000 shares, or maybe Joe ment that is all they had left. Maybe Bruce or James can remember the answer. I know it was in one of the filings a little over a year ago. I would suspect they would not fill your order because the MM's have no trouble in getting $1.75. Or I should say OLIE has not trouble finding buyers at $1.75.
