If it were true, there are plenty of 'whacky' democrats to be stirring the pot with the 'moderate' democrats, but the pot is silent. >

That's simply because the MAJOR issues at hand are all being hijacked by the wacky right wing… seemingly the only issue I've seen where this is NOT true is the NSA thing… and left Dems and Reps actually did get together on that… although it's being drowned out in the press by clowns like Cruz… AND a lot of the real wacko's LIKE the spying. They also LIKE drone strikes… another area where REAL Americans like Ron Paul would be in there with many Dems on… but they're too buys bashing Obama Care.

The left of the left don't like Obama-care either… BUT they LOVE IT compared to what Cruz wants!! And Obama care is the only game in town… Oh, along with all the other drumbeats from the Right-Right: Benghazi, Iran, Syria, impeachment…. ALL OF WHICH the left of left agree with Obama on. As long as the "we hate Obama" narrative continues (probably till he leaves office) you won't see much change… BECAUSE EVERYONE ONE OF THOSE ISSUES PITS WACKY RIGHT against every one else...

If the tea party would shut up for 6 months I'm sure you'd see a different picture, but they are such drama queens they can't help themselves.
