Actually you make a very intelligent case of of the downside risk here. But I also think many new computer buyers will soon be demanding a Zip drive. When you shop new you plan ahead and get the most you can. Zip is probably in your sights. Also remember that not only hard core-latest edge users have bought zip. Many with older slower machines and smaller HD's have found Zip a godsend, allowing them to do more with less. What many are saying is you have to look at the changing technolgy in 1) Online content 2) bandwidth 3) digital
video, ect. With increased Net bandwidth comes pictures, porno, video
whatever. These products make saving stuff a reality and many will want that capicity soon enough.
