BASIS OF ADR CALCULATION is based on SAP preferred share which is stock symbol 716463 on DAX exchange. Close on April 15 was DM 814. This means that with a DM conversion of 1.7977 and 3 ADR's for every preference share, the fair market value of the ADR should have been $150.93 . --I've asked my broker to research my market execution of $167. This looks like somebody did a conversion on the wrong class of SAP stock.
