I agree with all your comments about Harmony. I've never owned it, and I've felt they were a source of funds for good exploration names or a FN. But, at least they can be credited with putting their money where their mouth was by implementing this production cutback. I guess one should wonder if they had any choice in the matter? Probably not, nor do others.
