It sure helps with property taxes if registered in the right state eh? hehe I was just waiting for good wireless broadband access for cheap - it is here now - I think I too will become one of those mobile home people very soon in the future. I have many conferences all over the country I like to attend. I have a little land in florida and about to buy some somewhere up north - wont drive it too much, but as the climate changes - I intend to move every 6 months from hot to cold and cold to hot. My indian friend got out of his cabin in the woods several years ago in Ga and lived in walmart parking lots - he loved it. Every morning he woke up with the greatest retailer in existance at his front door and the lifeblood of the common folk walking through his yard everyday - hehe.
