Ray, WIND did split 3-for-2 today. There was news on this several weeks ago. I look for company news using the on-line Wall Street Journal "briefing books". The WSJ is at wsj.com --the service is currently free although you have to register. WSJ plans to start charging fro it later this summer. I don't know why WIND split other than it seems to be in vogue for small-caps to do that. The WIND story is not widely known so I doubt that there'll be a dramatic price move up or down. Lyle
