Ross, et al; I caught a portion of a report on CNBC that in part said," VOD was too costly to implement for the telcos and other problems for cable operators implementing stategies to take market from the telcos." As a result, the telcos are pulling back into the phone/internet market and cable operators are pulling away from the phone market. Reason stated... "Equipment costs too high!" Has anyone heard anything on this? All the modem companies took a hit today, across the board! If this is true, my take is that the folks looking for VOD related stocks will shift to the cable modem co's. I continue long on AMTX for high speed Internet/Intranet success... Dave
