Tim,For the life of me, I don't know why I said that, knowing that it was wrong. Maybe I did it to dig at Kumar, but that was too long ago for me to remember what was going on at the time.

I know that social security doesn't even go into a fund like many people don't seem to know about. I know that the monies sent to the government, like FICA, are just dumped into the general coffers like any other tax.

And, in 2003, I had already been sober for 6 years!! :^)
