IMHO, if the MMs wanted to accumulate, they would have been doing it under 20 -- not while the price is going up. They would wait for the stock to reach a peak and sell on the way down. Thereby, assuring maximum profits while creating liquidity to stimulate buying "at a bargain".

Of course, there could be lots of other interesting reasons. Maybe the monksterNet has some answers.
