Joe, what is your opinion? Does the SEC have to aprove any business combination short of a merger? I do not know. But I am sure that is a NASDAQ/SEC filing company is going to merge with a non - NASDAQ/SEC filing I think the SEC would be involved. Joe PTG&LI !!!
