Neither Al's Fun nor myself could or would want anyone to ignore a 10k filing. Your statement is absurd. Anyone here can go to yahoo and and read the press releases. And yes the price drop was most likely a knee jerk reaction to the filing. But over the last two months I belive (IMO) that the slow slide has been the result of cheap shares hitting the market.
