Just bought my wife a new Nano. Is niiiice.

Prediction:
Apple will release a Nano iPhone with the same form factor minus web surfing and e-mail functionality (IMO, the screen is too small to support a good user experience.)

At $249, the Nano iPhone would be a category killer.
