Talk about a lame choice! Besides, why would he assume that about Muffy? Furthermore, the President does not reside on Capitol Hill! Bugsy would not get very far in politics with a name like Bugsy. And superheroes are not alcoholics. But all this information led Bugsy to only one conclusion: there was a new enemy afoot - and his name was Solon!
