February crude oil swooned 90 cents to $25.19 a barrel, heating oil 2.45 cents to 69.70 cents a gallon and unleaded gasoline 2.27 cents to 68.09 cents a gallon. Energy prices were thrown for a loss yesterday as fears over winter supplies eased.
