I couldn't get though and emailed them about it, got a lame ass excuse in a reply from Schwab. I email back again saying that wasn't good enough. Then Schwab emailed back again with another pass the blame excuse along with a good will gesture of 4 free trades. I left it there and will clear up a couple other items with them, which could be my fault or theirs. Once that's done I'll look elsewhere...Fidelity is of interest to me at this point. Sorry I didn't find this thread sooner. I feel your pain, <GGGG> Scrapps
