well i think that it is risky and really don't like r/s but i think that it is nessacery for this company to thrive and prosper. one thing that is incouraging is that they are not doing it to be delisted but help to get listed and avalibale for investment companies. they also will have more shares to sell to the investment companies that they don't have now. i hope that by selling more of those common shares they will be able to sign up a third or fourth dairy. the best thing is that it will get rid of those prefferd shares. i really do not what cornell to be more prefferd then me as a common share holder.
