RE: Brazil spectrum auction delay. As someone who knows nothing about the intricacies and politics or all this, let me state my view in the form of some questions: >If one auction got delayed, why would the others not be delayed as well? >Is it not possible that the concerns being raised in Euro-land about financing of wireless telecom buildouts has spooked more than a few of the people who matter? >Can't we assume that folks in the industry are watching what is happening with 1X in Korea now, beginning to happen in Japan soon and on board to happen in the US later this year and at least hesitating to see if they are not making a big mistake committing themselves to a possibly dead-end proposition (GSM/GPRS, etc.)? >Are all of the potential bidders as blind and/or pigheaded as AWE looks to be? I would love to be a fly on the wall the conversations that must, just must be going on in these various companies.
