I would like to clarify a couple things. First qdrx filed a K-8 on dec 3 not a s-8 like I previously mentioned. It usually takes 2-3 days to view this on this sec site. Unless you subscribe to Hoovers. But I dont think to many people are that interested that they cant wait an extra day. If was something real bad the stock would not have had a decent day like it did today. The cfo is not selling shares. If you read the nov 27 filing carefully it states that no officer or director has any immediate plans to sell the shares. It says that they have the right to if they want. By the way I am a cheapie too. But that isnt why I boght the stock. I dont care if a stock is 1.00 or 50.00 if I think it has promise I'll buy it. In regards to the person who has 400k plus of shares in the stock. You gotta have some balls to own that many shares of such a suspect stock. I own 16500 at a average of 1.17 and I thought that was a lot! Im impressed. 60 days till some kind of newsbreak. I can wait. Anyone interested in the best free graph on nasdaq stocks should go the nasdaq home page. Very nice
