AMD CEO says growth for flash memory strong for at least the next three to five years. For what its worth, I just caught an interview with the AMD CEO on Squawk Box, ie. CNBC, who stated that the flash memory business is very good, and that expectations for growth are no where near slowing, but rather extremely robust as products such as handhelds, cell phones, and other digital appliances have only just begun to grow, and they all want flash memory. He expected growth to exist for at least three to five years. It is a biased opinion, but nevertheless, it is worthwhile to post, and certainly more credible than anything an analyst could say.
