I think there is a larger story/puzzle to this 'Value' investment to be learned. I have always made money following Carl Icahn into his 'value' investments. As you know he is an activist investor, seeks out undervalued assets, buys them and then restructures them and eventually sells them. Is there a 'Value' story in UAN (I am trying to understand) from Icahn's 2012 purchase? ----------------------------------------------------------- I have learned a lot about 'Value Investing' following activist investors over the last 30 years, how & why they do their deals and what they do to create value. Maybe nothing here and Icahn operating this company for 9 years is just normal. just saying
