I sold my last mlp (epd) last week. It was held in a trad. ira and we'll see how it washes out. On the face of it, a capital loss share price wise, yet have collected a lot of distributions over the past years.
I noticed I received a form 990-T showing a negative ubit last year. I don't understand why it was filed, but on that subject I suspect brokers to raise fees on filing a 990-T. I thought I read one of the brokerages was talking a $300 fee, could be wrong though.
