Just got of the phone to get a clarification. Mr.Duke's existing company,Industrial Clearing House won a $17 million judgement 2 years ago against Emerson. Now,Emerson is appealing it. A normal process with losing a judgement of this size. With Mr.Duke running the MIDL(New Departure) conglomerate, he has moved the existing client base of 6000+ clients along with any existing contracts.This too is a normal process when someone takes on the reins of a company.Part of the gravy. Salesmen and others do this alot. An existing up-to-date client list is very valuable. A great deal of marketing expense is eliminated this way.That's why companies of all sizes try to get marketing people with a following and top management people with valuable existing contacts in their industry. That's my take on things. This is just a prelude to more news coming. A nice BIG contract would be ok. <jmo> Jimbo
