Here is an interesting comment...

Next up look for a reseller div to be established to cater to the likes of
the AT&T's and Bell Atlantics of the world who don't have a local network
and don't want to put Rev's in the coffers of the RBOC's or their other
competitors (i.e. MCI, Teleport/Sprint, World Com/MFS).

By the end of the year WCII will have access to roughly 6 bil of that 17.7
bil market they targeted and in 99' they should have access to all of it.
Since the network will be a broadband network and capable of Video
teleconferencing it will be very attractive to even the RBOC's who wish to
offer this type of service at costs much lower than it is today. Their
network will be used by many other telecomms in the business and they will
have to use other's as well. They will be one piece in a very large
national telecommunications system with broadband video capability.

This Co will get it's day in the sun. It may not be this week or next month
but as this network comes together and the revs start ramping up, as we
should see this Qtr, the street will realize the old cliche "You must spend
money to make money." He who gets the quickest return at the best margins
will be the best producer and their stock price will show it. WCII falls
into this category and that is precisely why AT&T is negotiating with them.

Patience will provide good rewards in this sector of the market!
