Kerm / Newport Pete.

I received a report from Nesbitt Burns dated Oct. 15, in which they
give their most recent CF and EPS ests. for O&G companies. Your favourite,
Newport Petroleum, is on there with an est. of 0.83 CF for '96 and
$1.20 for '97. It's trading around $7 today, which seems a might expensive.
