I got my company report and proxy today for teh meeting later this month. In their they mention how they are repricing options that were in the high teens to low 20's to fair market value of $8 and some change... $3.80 is just too low, especially when SFLX goes for $10.50

I bet there is going to be a law suit if that's where this deal ends. It makes no sense of what is happening. 3M announced they are getting into the flex business, this is a hot sector and business has turned.
I just don;t see how they can;t go to the bansk and say her look at this, give us a 2 quarters and we'll be back blowing away estimates and everyone will do well.
